Kevin Smith - Managing Director
Kevin started with the Firewatch Group in April 2002, before becoming MD of Total Hire in January 2009. Kevin is a passionate football fan, supporting local side Exeter City FC and also Liverpool FC. He is also involved with Alphington FC. Kevin is married with 2 grown up children.
Robin Hammond - General Manager
Robin has been at Total Hire since 1999 and came over to Newton Abbot when it was bought by The Firewatch Group. Robin knows pretty much everything there is to know about the Cater Hire industry!! He is married to Sue and has a grown up son. Robin likes to play Badminton in his spare time and enjoys visiting places of interest around the country.
Rob Freeman - Deputy Manager
Rob has been at Total Hire since 1999 and also came over to Newton Abbot when Total Hire was purchased. Rob is married to Nicky and has one son Josh who is 11. Rob coaches Brixham Under 10's Rugby, he also enjoys Kayaking and whizzing around the countryside on his Ducati bike. Rob is also a big animal lover and his house is increasingly like a zoo!
Emma Smith - Office Administrator
Emma has been employed by different parts of the Firewatch Group since 2001, but made the move to Total Hire in 2006. She has a daughter Emily aged 2, and is a keen horse rider often fitting in mucking out and riding before work in the Summer!
Vic Freeman - Quality Control
Vic joined Total Hire in 2001 and also came across to Newton Abbot in 2006. Vic is married to Bett and is father to Rob and Lisa. Vic enjoys nothing more than a good bottle of red wine, preferably whilst on holiday in Italy!
Sue Hammond - Quality Control
Sue joined Total Hire in 1999 and also made the move to Newton Abbot in 2006. She is married to Robin and has one son Simon. Sue enjoys going to the gym in her spare time.
Geraldine Bowley - Kitchen/Linen
Geraldine joined Total Hire in 2007 after moving down from Weston Super Mare with her husband Steve (Alarm Manager for Firewatch). She has 4 grown up children. Geraldine spends her time walking her beloved dogs and enjoys socialising, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Paul Langford - Driver
Paul has been at Total Hire since 2004, and made the move to Newton Abbot in 2006. Paul enjoys spending time with his family and in his spare time enjoys extreme sports, motorsports and is a massive Valentino Rossi fan!
Will Bishop - Driver / Office
Will is the newest recruit to Total Hire, joining the company in 2009. He switches in between driving and office work. Will is currently living in a bachelor pad, and enjoys spending his spare time socialising, surfing, snowboarding and watching bands.
